&lt;p&gt;You could go to the community tab and make a note for folks. Ready! also means supported, not working optimally or under the best conditions (some support statements include weird configurations that you probably don't want). If you follow the link to the customer's support site you should be able to find out how to report the issue to them and hopefully get it fixed.&lt;/p&gt;
