In Wellington we have a wireless network that is starting to span a fair amount of the CBD. It is great... $20NZ (~$12USD) gets you 70Mb of traffic. That is really good when you are just walking or sitting with your iPaq doing Exchange Active Sync or MSN Messenger. Yesterday i sat there for a while and used messenger and synced my mail and only used 100k! So easy and if your device does 801.11 you are away!
