Thanks to everyone who came out to last Wednesday's MSDN Briefing on 'An Introduction to .NET'. It was a really great turn out, so we will definitely be running that type of event again.

We did get a lot of feedback that many of the MSDN online resources assume prior knowledge of Microsoft technologies, so sometimes it is difficult to know where to start - so, here in the Developer and Platform Group, we will be spending more time over the next while compiling more resources that help people get started from scratch. If anyone has a favourite resource that they think would be useful to include, please do send it on to me.
