MSDN Ireland News

News from Microsoft Ireland's Developer & Platform Group

MSDN Flash now localised for Ireland and Northern Ireland!

If you are a developer from Ireland or Northern Ireland, you can now sign up for an edition of MSDN Flash that has local event and activity information for the first time.

If you have already signed up for MSDN Connection Ireland program, you will remember that we asked you what your language preferences and technology interests are - if you sign up to the newsletter, your profile choices can now determine what technical news you get... Instead of getting tech news on every single one of Microsoft's products, MSDN Flash now flags its content according to what technology it relates to - so VB developers hear VB news and C# developers hear C# news (or you can get both depending on how many boxes you ticked). My colleague Rob is also including an editorial each week to let you know what's new in MSDN Ireland. We've also included a full list of all the local events that are happening around the island and there is a very comprehensive list of webcasts that you can chose from.

The first edition is going out tonight and will be published every two weeks after that - so if you want to stay in the loop with what is happening here as well as at Microsoft HQ, get signed up!
