Remember, if you have MSDN Universal, you get to download your choice of Visual Studio 2005 Team Editions (Architect, Dev or Test). If you are an MSDN Enterprise subscriber you get to download Visual Studio Team Developer, and if you are an MSDN Professional Subscriber you get to download Visual Studio 2005 Professional Edition.
Also remember that this is the last day for ordering your MSDN subscription in order to get the new Team System Editions for today's lower MSDN subscription prices!! Check out the local Irish resellers here if you want more details or to get price quotes etc.
Des makes a good point in the comments - for the partner programs, here is the upgrade path:
Empower and Certified Partners who currently have MSDN Universal will get the equivalent new subscription which is VS 2005 Professional with MSDN Premium by default. That is, they don't get the free upgrade to Visual Studio Team System.
Gold Partners do get upgraded to Visual Studio 2005 Team Developer with MSDN Premium.
Note that the partners who also have the new ISV Competency under the partner program also get VS 2005 Team Developer with MSDN Premium.
A note on the subscription downloads - some folks who have MSDN Universal subscriptions have had difficulty accessing the new versions. In general this is because they have not yet chosen which of the VSTS Team Editions they want (Developer, Architect or Test). You should be able to choose this in the new benefits tools, but if you have any hassle with that, you can contact the MSDN help desk. For subscribers in Ireland and Northern Ireland you can call +353 1 8831014.
