So, I was down in Cork on Friday afternoon for a most excellent session by Jeff Prosise and Rob from the team here on ASP.NET AJAX and some of our other upcoming web technologies. It was a great talk - and I am going to get the source code from Jeff so that the IT@Cork folks can put it up on their website.

Jeff was saying there that the word on the street in the US is that Mix is the place to be this year to catch all the best announcements from Microsoft... from news on new features for web developers in Visual Studio 'Orcas' to what's new in IIS 7.0 - but most of all - what's happening with the technology currently codenamed 'WPF/E' - Microsoft's new cross-platform, cross-browser rich graphical web client technology. By the sounds of it - we'll have some pretty interesting developments at Mix.
