OCS 2007 R2 – Attendant Console, Call Delegation on TechNet Edge

I talked about the R2 announcement yesterday and some of the product features you’ll see in R2.

Adam over at TechNet Edge did a great video with Jamie Stark showing the attendant console and the delegation feature in R2.

Watching the OCS 2007 R2 Attendant Console and Delegation Feature Video, I had the following thoughts:

  1. A software based communications infrastructure allows you to create really sophisticated communication experiences that are also easy to use.
  2. This is a great example of the kinds of solution you can build using the R2 platform SDKs.

We’ll be showing some great examples of how the R2 SDKs allow to create cool server side and client side communication solutions at the PDC in our sessions and HOLs.  See you in LA.

Thanks,

     Chris

Does the Communications Server Attendant Console require R2 or can it work with OCS 2007 RTM?

The Attendant Console is specific to R2.  Details here:
