We currently have an opening for a web developer. Here is the job description:
We are looking for a web developer to help continue the success of CodePlex as we build the next generation of features for the site. We are trying to innovate in new ways to make CodePlex the best open source project hosting experience on the web. This is an exciting opportunity to have a very visible result from your work.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing web pages to support new features
- Working with graphic and user experience designers
- Coordinating with program management and test teams on web page scope and issues
Qualifications include:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of commercial software development experience
- Experience in developing web-based applications, object-oriented design, and test driven development
- Expertise in following areas: ASP.NET, C#, HTML, CSS, Ajax, DHTML, JavaScript
- Experience in user interaction design and graphic design preferred
