What should we do for Maker Faire 2008?

Published 25 January 08 12:00 PM | Coding4Fun

makerfairelogo[1] Maker Faire 2008 is coming up fast and Coding4Fun was wondering what we should whip up.  Comment or email us.  We have some ideas but would love to hear what the community would want us to do.

Last year we had:  Programmatic Party' with a Disco dance floor and automated bartender, Home automation solutions using Control Think technology and in partnership with the Z-wave Alliance, R/C cars using Wiimote in .NET, Games developed with XNA Game Studio Express, Trossen Robotics creations including an automated Nerf Pellet Gun shooting gallery and airtube art displays, Robotics demonstrations using Microsoft Robotics Studio and the Serializerâ„¢ Robot Controller. Autonomous transportation robotics demos brought to you by Robotics Connection JUST to name a few.

You should make a kegbot! Check out http://www.kegbot.org for more information but it's an interesting mix of hardware (sensors) and software! And it's fun.

A Kegbot would be sweet but already did a drink mixing system.  The drink system would just need a larger valve to support beer.
