&lt;p&gt;RegisterClientScriptInclude will not work unless your page has a &amp;lt;form runat='server&amp;quot;&amp;gt; somewhere.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Hope this helps all the people having problems with these new APIs,&lt;/p&gt;
