Awesome! I seriously just installed VS2008 Pro about an hour ago and I've been wanting a program like this for years! (There's one out there called "Startup Delayer" but it really doesn't work well.) I can't wait to get started! Thanks!

Very cool stuff. VS has a neat little trick to use if you don't want to do Debugger.IsAttached

You could do a #if and depending on the setting it'll only compile one or the other.

#if (!DEBUG)

Process.Start(Path.Combine(Properties.Settings.Default.ManagedStartupPath, entry.FileName));

#else

Does anyone have a pre-compiled version?

I can't open it with VB08 - the solution converts, but not the project... and I really like the idea of this app.

i have been looking for a program like this for years and i belive this could also have a future as a computer technician's/adminstrators tool in the future.

I made my own with visual c# express. Thanks for the idea. It would've been a good idea to add hdd idle %, too. I put mine at cpu idle > 60% and hdd idle > 40%.
