About Colin Beales - Blog
Hi I'm Colin Beales an ADC (Application Development Consultant) in Microsoft Services based in the UK. I work with customers providing them consultancy on how to get the most value out of the Microsoft technologies that they develop upon.
I joined Microsoft in 1996 straight from university working in various roles such as the Visual C++ team, COM/COM+ team and later the Interop team before settling in my current role as an ADC. During my time as an ADC my specialist area of technology has varied with my current chosen specialty being TFS and the VSTS toolset.
Part of my role as an ADC is to head up our recruitment effort, searching for new recruits into our team.
