Finally I have posted the updated mirror of the Office Open XML format specification to the Microsoft interoperability website at http://www.microsoft.com/interop/ecmaTC45 in PDF as well as OpenXML. Please take a moment and familiarize yourself with it J This represents the final draft approved unanimously by the TC45 committee and is now in the hands of the General Assembly for a December vote.
