The code to accompany chapter eleven of Microsoft Windows Communication Foundation-Hands On! , updated for the June 2006 CTP/RC1 release is here: https://www.electronicfiles.net/files/3741/PeerChannel.zip.  Execute the CustomPeerResolverService first, then execute the Teacher's application, and finally the Child's program.
