I was looking at the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Resource Center (RC) and found this rather nice list of available downloads for your consideration. The RC is full of interesting articles and is updated often. I have found that by cherry-picking the add-ons that I value I get a lot more from my software. And many times I get the "Ah ha" moment from friends who are looking over my shoulder.

Hi,
Another useful download for me is the CRM needs assessment - from a business point of view. However, I find a consistent thread through most CRM blogs/ OEM or providers/ etc - the focus is on sales. Relationships being the key word!
My point is that there is not enough on the marketing side (or 'service' to a lesser degree). In the MS CRM needs assessment module the sub-heading for marketing is entirely omitted.
