Yes, this documentation is only available for download on PartnerSource. If you are a customer, then you should work with your local partner to gain access to the training.

There was a version of the What's New with some information about CRM Live (Chapter 2) - I think I may have downloaded it from Connect. But the version downloadable here has just a placeholder for Chapter 2: CRM Live, and there is no What's New available on Connect any more. Is the link here really the most current version of the What's New?
