&lt;p&gt;But I can&amp;#180;t asociate the queue with the list of customers (Account/Contact).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The field &amp;quot;Regarding&amp;quot; always is empty.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Do you have a suggestion?&lt;/p&gt;
