Hi, Can anybody help me how to create a email template for a custom entity?

This is stated in the book Working with MS Dynamics CRM 4.0 Second Edition by Mike Snyder and Jim Steger at page 49 last section. The statement is :'You can also create e-mail templates for any custom entities that you create.' My question is how? I created a custom entity but when creating a new email template this entity does not show in the email template types!

Hello, I have de same problem. I read that is posible to create an email template for a custom entity, but the book (MS Dynamics CRM 4.0 Second Edition) dont explain how.

Could you find the solution?

I have the same requirement. Anyone knows if it is possible to enable a custom entity for email templates? I understand I can use Workflow to work-around this, but workflow is a bit hard for the average users to understand....
