I am not able to connect, my CRM server is working fine in the VPC, I am able to open via web browser.

Please let me know how do I get it connect it or is it supported on the server environment?

Thanks

The machine where you are installing the DMM, needs to be in the same domain as the CRM server. In this cant be done then alternative way is to save username and password in the IE dialog (basically add the credentials of CRM server in the windows stored user name and password)

I believe this should solve the issue.

Thanks,
