That was really helpful, esp the mention of trace files. That is what we usually asked for and are not aware of.

Trace Log "DEVXP-Microsoft.Crm.Application.DMHoster-bin-20080908-1.log" says "Exception occured while trying to close a response object: System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.

at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.EndGetResponse(IAsyncResult asyncResult)"

Ideas?

I need to import a service activity for two resources eg: 'Jacob Raymond' and 'John Louis'. How should the data be prepared in the csv file for the resources.

DMM : Unexpected error has occurred

I am trying to use DMM to import additional addresses for an account. I keep getting an expected error has occurred. I have the TraceEnabled set to 1 in the registry. I am running 64-bit vista and can't find the location of the trace or log files. Any assistance would be great.

Any Ideas?

Hi,

I try to use DMM to migrate csv files to Dynamics CRM 4. What to do if the Manager states during file parsing that there has been file parsing errors but the list of errors is completly empty, the counter below the listview says 0 errors detected, the next button stays disabled and a logfile has not been created?

Oh and where to send bug reports to?
