&lt;p&gt;But in real time scenario you will get the Contact list first. I mean you get the Contact list, segment the list based on the market preferences and then you send out a Campaign. Based on the response I get from the Campaign I will have a Lead. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But in MS-CRM there is no option to convert a Campaign response or the appointment as Lead.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My question, is there anyway to address this? &lt;/p&gt;
