&lt;p&gt;Now, forgive my ignorance, but which Q3 are we talking about? &amp;nbsp;Calendar year 2008 Q3 ends in 12 days. &amp;nbsp;The next Federal FY Q3 won't start until April 1, 2009. &amp;nbsp;Q3 for a FY that starts July 1 will run from 10/1 to 12/31...&lt;/p&gt;
