&lt;p&gt;Great write-up. I do have one question that has been a point of pain for us related to development environments though: data synchronization.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Have you had to deal with actually migrating live data into development environments? Is there a 'fast' way to do this and make the development environment more closely match a production environment?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If anyone has any tips, I'd love to know.&lt;/p&gt;
