This is a very helpful post. Though, we are not quite sure about how to deploy customizations for CRM Online. In some cases, we have customizations residing on the CRM web server. How do we configure CRM Online to use the SDK customization? Thanks, VJ

This is a good post and helped us understand the difference between Online vs On-Premise SDK. Though, we are not clear about where the SDK customizations would be stored in the CRM online. Usually, on-premise allows us to store them directly on the web server. Since, we do not have access to the web server, how do we go about deploying them customizations?

What sort of customizations are you talking about? Some customizations would require you to have your own Web server. For example, if you want to add a button that goes to your own page, then you would need to host the page on your own server. Other customizations, just as adding a button that shows a map, would be pointing to maps.live.com (or the equivalent)
