Bio - Matt Parks

Matt is the Global CRM Solutions Architect for Avanade and has been working with MS CRM since the v1.0 Beta. At Avanade, Matt provides global technical leadership and QA support for key Microsoft CRM projects and is responsible for the vision and development of Avanade’s reusable tools to streamline the implementation of Microsoft CRM in the enterprise space.

Prior to working with Microsoft CRM, Matt spent many years developing custom applications for clients across a variety of platforms and market segments.  Matt has been a Microsoft CRM MVP for the last 2 years and you can find him on the Microsoft CRM newsgroups, where he is an active participant providing guidance to others in his free time.  When not providing help to total strangers, Matt enjoys playing softball & golf (he can only consider this one "play") and spending time with his wife and 2 children.
