Bio - Arne Marquez

Arne Marquez is a software development engineer in test, working on CRM’s diagnostics and mail merge features for the Titan release.  On prior CRM releases, he worked on service management area and related features.  Arne also tested several releases of Microsoft BCentral’s WebAppoint service and worked on the Office 2000 and XP releases. 

 

Prior to working at Microsoft Arne provided CAD development and support in the AEC field for close to twenty years.  Arne enjoys mountain biking and rides the Seattle to Portland bike ride yearly.

Can't I send attachment to multiple reciepients

using the CRM 4.0?

I don't see how a marketing module can be usefull if it does not offer such a basic feature. Marketing uses attachments.

There are so many software for vast email  distiribution including attachment.

Why this is a big problem in a software that

is based on outlook?
