Hi Jagan,

Your Blog "E-mail to Case/Lead Using CRM 4 Workflow", is very simple and it works fine.

But I can´t asociate the queue with the list of customers (Account/Contact).

The field "Regarding" always is empty.

Do you have a suggestion?
