Bio - Jim Daly

Jim is a technical writer on the Microsoft CRM Community and Content Strategy team. He is responsible for the customization area of on-line help, writing technical articles, the Client-side SDK and helping to develop a new feature in the next version of Microsoft CRM to be called the Resource Center.

After 8 years teaching in Japan, Jim started working with CRM as a technical support engineer at Onyx in 1998. He moved into the training team at Onyx and then joined another local software company to help with their CRM implementation project. Jim joined Microsoft in 2002 in order to work with Microsoft CRM. He developed training content and certification exams for Microsoft CRM 1.0, 1.2 and 3.0.

Jim lives in Sammamish with his wife and son. When not spending time with them he likes to fish, read history, and practice programming with DHTML and C#.
