Bio - Jim Toland

Jim is the Content Manager for the CRM E2 (Engineering for Enterprise) team. The CRM E2 team is responsible for generating best practices, prescriptive guidance, benchmarks, and tools for the CRM community, with emphasis on the Enterprise Customer segment. The team also advocates Enterprise Customer requirements to the CRM product team and consults on the integration of these features in future versions.

Jim joined the team in August 2007. His previous Microsoft experience includes a year as a Product Manager with the Worldwide Partner Group, and six years as an Instructional Designer and Content Business Manager with Microsoft Learning.

A diehard fan of the North Carolina Tar Heels, Jim’s outside interests include gaming and participating in the Seattle arts scene.
