Mansoor,

We would like to use the silent install for mscrm 4.0 and eventually deploy using SMS.

The command line instructions in the implementation guide do not seem to work; even with the /q switch, it does not run silent and prompts for installation type even if INSTALLLEVEL=2 is used.

Can you provide samples or direct us to a source for a silent install and for an SMS deployment?

THanks
