Bio - Rich Carr
My name is Rich Carr and I work for Microsoft Consulting Services on the Federal team implementing CRM. I have worked with CRM since 1.2 and am the co-author of what I think remains the only commercially available audit program for CRM, now called c360 Audit, formerly known as VAST.
My blog posts are things that I always wanted to figure out how to do, or a better way to do something that I discovered. As a former VB3 instructor I think what is missing in a lot of posts is the explanation of how or why things work the way they do - my posts will attempt to explain how things work rather than just throw the code out there.
