Introduction
Hi there! By way of introduction, my name is Corey Snow, and I'm a software developer at Microsoft. I'm a member of the Server Feedback Systems team.
But my main job is designing and implementing code for the Microsoft Connect web site. In particular, I work on the Feedback portion of the Connect site, such as the Feedback form, the search system, and all the other components, both internal and external, which affect how Microsoft receives feedback via the Connect website.
In the first version of Microsoft Connect, launched earlier this year, my area of responsibility was the core object model. In the current development effort for the next revision of Connect's features and functionality, I'm assigned to improving and extending the Feedback system for Connect. I'm very excited about the chance, and we're working on some exciting changes that I hope you'll all find very useful and improve your experience using Microsoft Connect.
I'll try and update this blog at least a few times a week or more, so you can all get a feel for what we're up to over here on the Connect team. I can tell you that we're all very passionate about making Connect the best it can possibly be, and enabling better collaboration with Microsoft's customers.
