Connect Signin Problems

Some people have reported problems with signing in to Microsoft Connect. We're currently investigating this issue and have managed to reproduce it in various flavors with different browsers. At the moment it seems to be related to a certificate on the server. Internet Explorer 7 seems to be largely unaffected on my box, but some users have reported problems with it as well.
 
A workaround for being unable to sign directly in to a program or click on a URL and be redirected there after signing in is to visit the Connect homepage at http://connect.microsoft.com and click the "Sign In" button directly, and then attempt to access the URL you wanted after signing in.

Here is what I am getting on Vista build 5536 with IE 7+:

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage
 
Most likely causes:

You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

Been down all day!

The Connect site works fine for me in IE6 and Opera 9. In FireFox 1.5, every page returns:

The system has encountered an unexpected error. We apologize for the inconvenience. The issue will be addressed as quickly as possible.

If this error continues, click the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page to report the issue and include this error ID in your e-mail: bb362f06-10dc-4efe-a6ad-5e2f0a452b86


Clicking the "Contact Us" link returns the same error message, with a different error ID.

I can reproduce the error message on multiple computers and multiple profiles, including some which have never used FireFox or the Connect site before.

What about ability to filter [out] only bugs you voted for or validated, bugs that are Active/Closed.

Also current Feedback part of Connect sites works bad with Refresh. I navigate to page 6 with descending sorting by time. Then I refresh the page and loose iit all.
