New Excel 2007 Addin - Remote Ranges

The following video shows (in a somewhat grainy manner) the Addin in motion. There are also captions explaining each step (the caption that says "There's a new toolbar" actually means "There's a new Ribbon Tab" - old habbits die hard I guess..

Very cool but does it work on a workbook stored in Excel Services? (I'm assuming not, since it's an add-in)

How do I get around the Excel Services limitation of no links to other workbooks? This is a HUGE limitation...
