Days 1 and 2 on an xbox team
First, joining an xbox team is just a lot of fun, especially compared to other teams I’ve joined. I had people walking in all day giving me fun stuff.
Don’t have a tv on your desk? here’s one.
Don’t have an xbox in your office? have two.
Only one incredibly huge montior? Let’s order a second.
All day long, people were coming in and giving me free, fun stuff.
The vibe on this team is a lot younger and more fun than the vibe on my old team. I think that’s because the average age on the team seems to be a bit younger. I was definitely younger than many of the folks on Office Live, but I’m right at the average on the new team.
So far, it’s been a lot of fun, and there are a ton of bennies I didn’t know about :)
