&lt;p&gt;For the most part, I prefer Live Meeting or Office Communicator. &amp;nbsp;Both also provide doc sharing, and both of them work with the Roundtable camera device.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Since I work for Microsoft, we have access to a corporate Unified Communications server, which enables richer experiences, primarily in the voice and video areas.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If I were working with an external company, I'm certain I would use SharedView much more frequently than I currently do. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
