New Car!

We finally got our new car yesterday - a 2005 Mini Cooper convertible, in IE Blue (well, okay, they call it Cool Blue).

I've always liked the look of the Mini. However, I've always wondered about its handling and the like. What's your experience?

Handling is fabulous - tight cornering, grips the road really well. (My previous baby was a '95 Miata - the Mini handles just as well if not better than the Miata.)

It could be more powerful, of course - it's 1.6L V4 - but it's not bad at all, and of course I didn't but it as a racer - would have at least gone for the S model if I wanted more power, but didn't want to wait ANOTHER six months for the car.

Like the new ride looks sharp! You should have alot of fun with it this spring adn Summer I miss being able to drop my top on my Camaro convertible!
