Where have I been?

I know a few people have wondered why I appear to have stopped blogging altogether. Well, the short version is because I did. The longer version is that I got tired of dealing with the negativity – although it's been suggested that I turn off comments,

I feel happy, too...

...that someone got it . Thanks, Hal - standards compliance and not breaking existing websites are, in fact, why I show up to work. BTW, I will be at Web Directions North 08 , MIX08 , and (this just in) SXSW08 .

Ahh....

This Thursday, I'm going to be going on vacation. For the first time in a very long time, I'm actually going to be totally offline for at least part of it - since I'm spending a week on a liveaboard dive boat in the Dry Tortugas (west of Key West in Florida).
