I am a Developer Technology Specialist for Microsoft, focused on the Communications Sector vertical industry within North America. I talk to developers about developing solutions using Microsoft Development Tools and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). I also work with Media & Entertainment companies (think broadcasters and theme parks).
The focus of my blog is largely around Application Lifecycle Managment topics, Software Quality Assurance best practices, and using Visual Studio Team System to be more productive. This is an area I am fairly passionate about, since prior to coming to Microsoft, I've been a development manager, operations manager, DBA, and consultant at other companies like Pacific Life, Mullin Consulting, Johnson & Johnson, and Compuware Corp.
