Today I got a bug report that the app I'm working on doesn't work with work when launched with Run As... and the Protect My Computer option checked (which is the default). We were failing to find the application data folder. I hadn't really heard of this option, but found a good explaination here. Interesting to know. It seems like there aren't many cases where this option would be useful...
