Sticky Keys fix for Windows XP

I have been informed that in a recent Windows Update for Windows XP there has been an accessibility related fix. Apparently there was a bug with sticky keys where sticky keys did not work when you had locked your computer. (eg. you could not log back in using sticky keys) This bug has apparently been fixed and you can now log in using sticky keys from a locked state.
