Great write-up. I'm definitely feeling the &amp;quot;incompetence&amp;quot; stage. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As an example, I've read three powerpoints and had a long discussion with Scott Hanselman on how to email. You figure you've been working on the Net forever and you show up at Microsoft and realize you need to be educated on how to email. It's crazy. ;)&lt;/p&gt;
