ASMX 2.0, WSE 3.0 and WCF
Web Services were enhanced with the release of .NET Framework 2.0 and then came along WSE 3.0 in December 2005 and in January 2006 Microsoft announced GO-LIVE licensing for Windows Communication Foundation (formerly known as Indigo).
