MSDN Belux homepage gets update

I just noticed that the has been redesigned. did a great job on componentizing the different sections of the site.

We've thought of gadgetizing the homepage - just like the gadgets on - but this would have led us (read & ) too far. The MSDN Belux site is all about content!

Let's have a look at the content shown or accessible from the homepage. We now have the following RSS-enabled categories on the homepage:

  • Local News -
  • Global Community News -
  • Events -
  • Webcast of the week -
  • Recent Downloads -
  • Popular Downloads -

Additionally we have a couple of other components that are available for viewing on the web site:

  • Most Valuable Professional in the spotlight
  • Book of the Month
  • MSDN Delivered
  • Highlights
  • Useful Links

These are not RSS-enabled. Looking at this content we think it wouldn't add much value to do so as most of it is static information.

If you prefer to have access to this content through e-mail, you can  to the .

We're continuously looking for new , articles, etc. So enjoy the content and let us know if we're missing something!
