Suddenly I awoke to a nightmare today {Thurs] when I saw a message "Forbidden" error 403 and I could see was a white screen w/ "Forbidden" at top of screen! I am the Administrator, I have the only password, my mom only has an e-mail page that we switch whenever she needs to use it BUT she never has!!So how do i configure my and verify administrator again? Where are the settings where I can fix this terrible error? What "browser" am I using and why did it I NOT do while browsing?How do I fix thacc't justis? I am so upset and doubt my ISP will know what to do as they fancy themselves "Geeks" still they are not totally familiar w/ Windows Vista {XP} are there steps I can take? Thank God e-mail is fine!Why did this occur suddenly and how do I fix the administrator issue/ should I stay the Administrator and mother as other,We are not "sharing" any acc't, I am the admin/w/ the password only my settings were never "sharing' Please help ABOVE there was a mistake where running sentences, but you can see what it means anyway,can you help? cjenn@ptd.net
