Developer Starter Guide for Windows Azure

I just saw this on David Murray Miyamasu's blog:

It's a guide for developers on getting started with Windows Azure, and walks through the pre-reqs for getting your environment setup, orientating yourself with the services that run the local dev bits (Fabric and Storage), and how to get a quick app going.
