My Comissarations on Clary, never mind I'm sure he'll come back. Hope your all set for the Melb party also just for reference sake when people started Wrestling over the Mike perhaps you should have brough out the Mic (Microphone) for them to use instead :o)

Ok dave I admit it was a cheap shot, but hey it helps make the world go around, as for the white paper much to the fact that I would love to be writing it right at this moment paying clients don't take to kindly to you working on other work while their paying you :o)

Do you know if DLinq is going to be an official release for C# 2.0 & VB 8.0.

The MSDN site seems to focus on these technologies as being a part of C# 3.0 & VB 9.0, and yet we have these preview releases available today.

I'm not sure I should be putting too much effort into learning something that might another 2-3 years away from release.

Hi Dave,

Matey, it's not going to be released officially with VS2005 and CS2.0 and VB8.0.

Having said that, I am using it in anger on a project at the moment, and love it. I suppose you need to look at it from the point of view that you could wait until it's gold, or just use what's available now, if it meets your needs. I mean, if you're like me, and don't fancy recordsets that much, then this may be for you. Also, you may want to check out things such as NHibernate and Wilson OR Mapper.
