What do Media Center and Clippy have in common?

Well, if you believe MSNBC's Suzanne Choney, Media Center PCs are one of the "misses" during BillG's tenture. I obviously disagree. What do you think?

Ouch. I disagree too, I love Media Center.  Her points are valid about needing to be a bit tech savvy.  But my grandparents' 60 year old neighbor has it and loves it too.

I would add MSNBC as a miss as well...

Its a product that I just wish would work. When I have a wmv file that plays fine on my PC, I expect that I can play it from my XBOX 360 that is connected to my Windows Media PC. - Not! For some reason I see unsupported format or videos just lock up - so frustrating. I've had much better luck with my PS3 hitting ORB. There is no way my Parent's would ever use it - things just need to work.
