If you have used BAM in BizTalk 2004, you would have realised that datetime values are stored in UTC time in the BAM tables. If you have defined a cube with a time dimension, you will also have noticed that the values in the time dimension are based on UTC time. It is easy to present this data in the cubes in local time.
