I tried to download the connector but it is not available.

I am trying to get hotmail through Outlook 2002 and have tried to set it up (through the tools menu) but for some reason it keeps asking for my password and email address.  I put the info in there and click ok, and I am asked for it again and again even when I select 'save my password'.  Eventually I get an error that the serer is in offline mode.  What am I don't wrong?  I have done it this way before but now can't seem to.

Thanks!
